In each product page you have “How To Activate” button, where you can see how to activate the product key. In case you still have some issue activating please contact us via ticket.

How to activate a CD Key?

A game tagged as "EU" can be activated only in Europe, "US" -- only in the United States, etc. Products labelled as "Global" can be activated from any place in the world. Make sure you choose the right product for your localization. If you fail to do so, you will not be able to activate your key. If you have mistakenly bought a key with an incorrect regionalization you will need to contact our support to ask for a refund.

What do the “Global” "EU", "US" Region tags mean?

You should make sure that the game you are about to buy can be activated in your country. To do so, please read carefully its description on our website. If you cannot find such information, feel free to contact us via live chat or email and ask about it. Global region keys are eligible for activation worldwide, EU region keys everywhere in Europe, US region keys in the United States, etc.

Can this game be activated in my country?

We generally send the Pre-Orders on the release day. Possibly a few days earlier, for your convenience.
